How often is energy refilled?

The refill frequency depends on your plan. Starter runs weekly, Growth runs daily, and Business or Enterprise can refill in near real time.

How do I change the base threshold?

Open the enterprise console, go to the Energy Management module, and edit the threshold setting. The default is 30%, and changes take effect immediately.

What happens if energy is low?

If the current plan cannot meet the refill demand, the system sends an alert. You can upgrade the plan or buy extra energy manually.

Can I refill multiple addresses?

Yes. You can bind the same or different plans to multiple business addresses, each with its own refill policy and energy pool.

Can I upgrade or downgrade a plan?

Yes. Upgrades can be prorated and applied immediately, while downgrades normally take effect at the next billing cycle.

Do you provide invoices and reports?

Yes. All plans include monthly reports, and higher tiers include live alerts, usage analysis and more tailored reporting.

How do I contact support?

Starter and Growth users can submit online tickets, while Business and Enterprise users receive faster direct support channels.

Does enterprise energy expire?

Plan-based refill energy does not expire during the active subscription. Separately purchased supplemental energy can follow a different validity policy.
